How To Have Better Luck This Month / Year

Well as the New Year is upon us, many will be reflecting on the past and thinking about their hopes for the future.  Too many people will be looking back and thinking what they didn't achieve, do or make happen last year and feel disappointed.

It is all a matter of perspective though. Do you really want to think about what went 'wrong'!?

What if you focus on what you DID achieve, do and make happen?
Wouldn't you then be grateful for everything instead...

This is something that Dr John Demartini posted that you should read carefully and meditate upon.
"As you reflect on 2015, think about what you have accomplished during the course of this year. It is wise to think of what you have achieved in the different areas of your life.

Exercise:
1. Spiritually what have you achieved?
2. Vocationally what have you achieved?
3. Mentally what have you achieved?
4. Financially what have you achieved?
5. Familial what have you achieved?
6. Physically what have you achieved?
7. Socially what have you achieved?"

Do you now see how successful your year actually was? The great things that DID happen and achievements that make you happy when you think about them.

Let's talk about NOW! Note how this post is title "How To Have Better Luck THIS Month"
People tend to make plans for the future, then when it is time to do something, they fail to take the right actions. How familiar does this sound... "Tomorrow (next week/month) I will do X"?
I used to be a first class procrastinator, so I know from experience. How does "Now I will do X" feel?

Also 'luck' is a completely different subject which I'll cover another time - for now you'll just have to create it with some decisions, commitment and a little work.

Instead, ask yourself if what you are doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow. The actions don't have to be huge or drastic, they just need to be in alignment with what you really want.

Of course it's good to make plans for the future to know where you're going but you need to take the right steps regularly as well.  So if there is something you want to achieve, why not START today...

Let's look at 3 areas that people are usually concerned about and the language they use.

- Health
- "I want to lose weight" or "I want to get fit"
Is that what they really mean? Do they believe if they lose x lbs/kgs they will be happier?
Do they see 'fit' as the (fake) or extremely 'perfect' people on TV and magazines?
Maybe thinking about it as "I want to be healthy" would be better...
This way the focus is on a healthy lifestyle and if you're overweight, your body knows what it's ideal weight is (not a 'right' weight from a textbook) and will get back there, as long as you work with it, instead of eating crap food and excess calories for the sake of it.

- How about... "I want to quit drinking" or "I want to stop eating so much junk food"
This time it is about stopping something, which is probably now a habit on auto-pilot. Society, family and you have trained yourself to make this something that you just do without even thinking most of the time.
It's simple to make the decision not to eat the wrong foods - but it isn't necessarily easy when that's what you're used to. Also the habit needs to be replaced with something else, something that is beneficial and will do you good.

Maybe rephrase it as "I want to start drinking more water and fresh juice" and "I want to eat healthier foods".   When you've decided this is what you want to do instead, commit to it!
Don't say "I'll just finish this off first though."  Take action and either give away the alcohol (to friends) and fizzy drinks, biscuits and other poor food choices, lying around the kitchen, to a charity. Or simply pour it down the sink and throw it in the bin. You don't have to finish it (as you eating it won't benefit those 'starving people' with any twisted logic or justification you can dream up.)

Remember you've not started on your new path until you're moving off the old one.
You can eat crap sometimes later, if you want - but give yourself a fighting chance by avoiding it altogether for at least a couple of weeks!
When I stopped drinking around 8 years ago, I used to go out with my student and work friends 3-4 times a week.  During my first 2 weeks of tee-total (and vegetarian) they tested me and gave me so much grief and pressure to conform to my (their) old habits. But I persevered and won and felt better for it. I do occasionally drink now and eat meat but the difference is that I don't need to and it doesn't control my food choices.  I committed and stuck with my plan, regardless of outside temptations. It was a test of will-power but you CAN do whatever it is that you really want to achieve.

- Wealth
- "I want to make more money"
Will making more money make you happier? Will it ease your financial burdens or will you just spend more on stuff that you don't really need?
Maybe say "I want to utilise money smarter". This could mean looking at your expenditure and reducing any waste. Cancel the Direct Debits for subscriptions you don't need or use that much. Find a cheaper insurance company and utility supplier.  Don't waste as much money on crap you don't need but just wanted one day.  You'll find you'll end up with more money.
Of course you can also look at ways to make more money as well - but if you've not reduced your costs where you can save it today - you may find your bad habits spend/waste any extra you would earn as well.

- Relationships
- "I need to find a partner who will love me."
Do you really need someone else to be loved? Of course it's great to be appreciated by others but if you have low self-worth, lack confidence and don't really love yourself, finding a partner to fill that gap will only be a temporary fix.
How about a mantra of "I am worthy of love" and "I am enough as I am"
"I am going to be more confident" - find out how you can be more confident in life and happy being with yourself. You will then also become more attractive to others, as they will see you are love and happy - and who doesn't like to be around those kinds of people!? You know when you're around someone like this as you feel good about yourself too.  You don't need someone else to be love - but once you find love within yourself, you will find it around you too.
(Of course this is a deeper topic, I just wanted to touch upon it here to give you another perspective if you'd not considered it before).

How could you rephrase what you think about these areas and others that you want to see improvements in?  Can you change the words you use, so they make more sense, have more impact and are easier to achieve?

Once you've done that, you also need to get started on making things happen.

- Commitment
First you need to decide your new goals that you want to take action and make a commitment to actually DO things differently.  To tell people publicly is a sign to show the world that you are actually serious about the new cause and activities you are going to embark upon.
This leads into the next step...

- Accountability
After deciding and committing to a course of action, you need to make sure you actually do it and take steps towards your goals. You can reach your goals without this but what better way than for someone to ask you regularly how you are getting on?
To be held accountable, tell a friend (who won't let you off easily) and trusts that you will do what you say. They will keep you on track and support you in making sure you honour your word (commitment).

- Honesty
You have to be honest with yourself and your accountability partner.
What do you have to gain by lying to yourself about what you want or are prepared to do? If your heart isn't in it, simply don't commit to it. You'll only end up feeling bad when you don't do what you said you would.
Also why lie to someone who you've asked to help you stay on track.  The whole point of accountability is to be held responsible to your commitments.

If you're unable or unwilling to be honest, then this is something you really need to work on.
Too many people, lie too often and think it is inconsequential. It is not!
Your character is built on what you say, mean and is true.
Actions speak louder than words anyway - and if you lie, you will not be congruent and out of alignment with yourself and life.  Don't live a fraudulent life but an honest one.
Maybe this could be the one thing that makes you luckier and changes your life drastically this year?

Now you may need need some new strategies to achieve the goals you've committed to.
You might already have strategies to get to your goals.
Ask yourself, have they worked for you in the past?
Do you believe they are the only way to do it?
Some people are only interested in doing things 'their way' and what they already know. They don't like to find out more or do things a different way. Others don't like to ask for help or accept it - they'd rather remain 'stuck' than do and get what they say they really want.

Why not find someone who has the results you want and ask them how they achieved it.
Wouldn't it be simpler to do it by following their strategies?
Seek out a coach or mentor. There are people that love to help others, as it makes them feel good about themselves, valued and they are also making your life better and the world a better place.
You just have to be vulnerable, share your challenges and ASK for help.

Joining the gym in January and quitting in February might not be working for you.
Getting a personal trainer instead, to hold you accountable as well, would be a better solution.

Of course if you decide what you said you wanted to do changes - or you don't want to do it anymore, then that's OK too. It's not failure if you decide you want to do something else instead or you don't really value what you thought you did. Other things might be more important to you and trying something new will show you what you do and don't value in life.

Remember change is simple, although it might not always be easy.
You know what you want to do, the next step is doing it consistently.

Take The Correct Actions AND Do Them Often To Create New Beneficial Habits!

I've coached and worked with people and entrepreneurs, who started off on one path but then decided they didn't want to continue, it was too much hard work or they wanted to do something else instead.
That's fine! It's your life and you can do whatever you want to. No-one should decide your goals or force you to do something you really don't want to. Of course sometimes it's worth persevering but it's always YOUR choice!  People should love you and accept you as you are!

Send me a message to let me know what you're committing to and I'll even check in regularly to see how you're getting along if you want. It doesn't matter what area of your life you want to improve, it always helps to have someone supportive hold you accountable to doing what you say.

Well this was a stream of consciousness that I typed up, then tried to structure so it was easy to read. Forgive me if I go off on tangents - if you know me though, I usually do but everything has a point in the end!

I hope this has been useful and if you want to make a public commitment to do something, then do so.  Post it on Facebook/Twitter and tell people that you know.  Or send me a message if I can support you in any other way.

Let's make this day/week/month/year a most excellent one!

20 Transformational Truths From Sages Throughout the Ages

Throughout the ages, there have been many who have had gotten a taste of incredibly mesmerizing higher states of consciousness. Rather than keep their experiential knowledge and wisdom about the higher and deeper elements of existence to themselves they spread the word to others, be it through spoken word, written works, or other methods. Thanks to the sages, luminaries, spiritual teachers, thinkers, and every-day people who had an enlightening experience we can ignite the light of expanded awareness about the higher and deeper aspects of the human experience and of existence itself from such people. When the future looks bleak and the motivation to excel and advance seems pointless we can look up to those who have lived and are still alive who possess that inner wisdom which they had realized through their own personal experiences of an enlightened state of awareness.

The transformational truths that such guiding lights to humanity express to us can raise our level of hope once more to the domain of energy that makes us more proactive. Reignited excitement and passion can drive us closer to the successes we imagined and dreamed would come true. We are all capable of incredible feats. Ask yourself if your state of mind is stopping you from realizing that realized life success story that you undoubtedly had played within your head so many times before.

Don’t let it stay a dream, let it become a reality. Living in the 21st century of our archaic timeline we have the amazing opportunity to taste such consciousness-shifting words of wisdom and we will take a look at 20 such enlightening truths from sages throughout the ages. Allow for these timeless words nourish your mind, heart and soul.

Transformational Truth 1
A human being is a part of a whole, called by us a universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest … a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.
Albert Einstein

Transformational Truth 2
You should be an island to yourself, a refuge to yourself, not dependent on any other but taking refuge in the truth and none other than the truth. And how do you become an island and a refuge to yourself? In this way. You see and contemplate your body as composed of all the forces of the universe. Ardently and mindfully you steer your body-self by restraining your discontent with the world about you. In the same way, observe and contemplate your feelings and use that same ardent restraint and self-possession against enslavement by greed or desire. By seeing attachment to your body and feelings as blocking the truth, you dwell in self-possession and ardent liberation from those ties. This is how you live as an island to yourself and a refuge to yourself. Whoever dwells in this contemplation, islanded by the truth and taking refuge in the truth–that one will come out of the darkness and into the light.
The Digha Nikaya

Transformational Truth 3
“Life is what you make it,” this is very true.
Find beauty and magic in all things,
and the Love that sees you through.
When you look at the world where you live,
seek not your gain, but what you can give.
When a man is poor, and hungers, and thirsts,
serve not yourself til you serve this man first.
When a man is down and seeks shelter from cold, give him shelter.
You’ll receive blessings untold.
Live by the Golden Rule:
Do unto others as you’d have done unto you.
And always remember:
When you destroy, you destroy a part of you, too.
Life is what you make of it!
Unknown

Transformational Truth 4
Loving this world, seeing the beauty in everything.
Appreciating every moment as a beautiful, wholly contained,
pearl of eternal nature, this is the world to me.
A never ending string of pearls…. every moment is in and of it’s self a life time,
and when we have affection and let ourselves experience life without expectation…
that is when the majesty of the world opens her petals to us…
And welcomes us home.
Carlos Castaneda

Transformational Truth 5
We may liken truth to a mountain, and the various interpretations of that truth to different paths leading up to the summit. Many people are traveling along all of these paths and every one, while he is at the bottom, thinks his path is the only one; he sees only a small part of the mountain, and may therefore be justified in crying to his brothers, “You are wrong! Come over to my path; this is the only one that leads to the top.” But as all these people progress upward, they will see that the paths converge at the top and that they are all one in the ultimate.
Max Heindel

Transformational Truth 6
Stop attributing names and shapes to the essentially nameless and formless, realize that every mode of perception is subjective, that what is seen or heard, touched or smelled, felt or thought, expected or imagined, is in the mind and not in reality, and you will experience peace and freedom from fear.
Nisargadatta Maharaj

Transformational Truth 7
Do not believe anything
because it is said by an authority,
or if it is said to come from angels,
or from gods,
or from an inspired source.
Believe it only if you have explored it
in your own heart
and mind and body
and found it to be true.
Work out your own path,
through diligence.
Gautama Buddha

Transformational Truth 8
Every man has his woman within him and every woman has her man within her. Only the meditator comes to know his whole being. Suddenly his inner woman and the inner man melt and merge into each other. That creates an orgasmic state in him. Now it is no more a momentary experience that comes and goes; it is something that continues, day in and day out, like the heart beating or breathing.
Osho

Transformational Truth 9
When you find the way
Others will find you
Passing by on the road
They will be drawn to your door
The way that cannot be heard
will be reflected in your voice
The way that cannot be seen
Will be reflected in your eyes
Lao Tzu

Transformational Truth 10
When we experience the pain of another person, we instinctively want to take away that pain. But by taking away the other person’s pain, we also take away his or her opportunity to grow. To be truly compassionate, we must be able to share another person’s suffering and pain — knowing there is nothing we can do to relieve it and that we are not responsible for it, and yet knowing and understanding what that pain feels like.
John Gray

Transformational Truth 11
How people see the world is often a reflection of how they see themselves. If they think that the world is just a cesspool of lies and deceit, then they themselves may be full of lies and deceit. Watch out for those people who are always telling you just how corrupt the rest of the world is. As the saying goes, “It takes one to know one.”
David J. Lieberman

Transformational Truth 12
Throw away holiness and wisdom,
and people will be a hundred times happier.
Throw away morality and justice,
and people will do the right thing.
Throw away industry and profit,
and there won’t be any thieves.
If these three aren’t enough,
just stay at the center of the circle
and let all things take their course
Lao Tzu

Transformational Truth 13
Ego is a structure that is erected by a neurotic individual who is a member of a neurotic culture against the facts of the matter. And culture, which we put on like an overcoat, is the collectivized consensus about what sort of neurotic behaviors are acceptable.
Terence McKenna

Transformational Truth 14
Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts become your words.
Keep your words positive, because your words become your behaviors.
Keep your behaviors positive, because your behaviors become your habits.
Keep your habits positive, because your habits become your values.
Keep your values positive, because your values become your destiny.
Ghandi

Transformational Truth 15
All the forms of Life in the Universe may be looked upon as being manifestations of the One and Universal Principle of Life in various forms; the whole of the Cosmos, being a product of the Universal Mind, may be regarded as universal, absolute consciousness becoming relative in separate forms. The universal consciousness of the Universal Mind forms spiritual centres of consciousness in living beings, whereby each being may feel and know its surroundings; and as the kind of living beings expands, their consciousness and power of sensation and perception expand with it; for all their powers belong to the mind. and not to the body: the latter without the mind is merely a form without life.
Franz Hartmann

Transformational Truth 16
If we understood the power of our thoughts, we would guard them more closely.
If we understood the awesome power of our words, we would prefer silence to almost anything negative.
In our thoughts and words we create our own weaknesses and our own strengths.
Our limitations and joys begin in our hearts.
We can always replace negative with positive. Bettie Eadie

Transformational Truth 17
Since time without beginning, the nature of Awakened Mind and Emptiness has consisted of the same, absolute non-duality of no birth or death, no existence or non-existence, no purity or impurity, no movement or stillness, no young or old, no inside or outside, no shape and form, no sound and color. Neither striving nor searching, one should not use intellect to understand nor words to express Awakened Mind. One should not think that it is a place or things, name or form. One should not think that it is a place or things, name or form. Only then is it realized that all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and sentient beings possess the same natural state of great Nirvana.
Huang Po

Transformational Truth 18

As human beings we all want to be happy and free from misery. We have learned that the key to happiness is inner peace. The greatest obstacles to inner peace are disturbing emotions such as anger and attachment, fear and suspicion, while love and compassion, a sense of universal responsibility are the sources of peace and happiness.
Dalai Lama

Transformational Truth 19
There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.
John Lennon

Transformational Truth 20
Greet everyone you meet with a warm smile, no matter how busy you are.
Don’t rush encounters with coworkers, family and friends.
Speak softly. Listen attentively.
Act as if every conversation you have is the most important thing on your mind today.
Look your children and your partner in the eyes when they talk to you.
Stroke the cat, caress the dog.
Lavish love on every living being you meet.
See how different you feel at the end of the day.

Good Karma vs. Bad Karma - Say, Do and Think Good Deeds

Some people understand the lessons of karma, others don't believe in it.  Are you one of the people who really 'gets' it or do you need to find a tangible reason to do the right thing?

Here's are a couple of profound articles I found online about Karma, that I thought would be right to share with you.  Also how to purify any bad karma and mistakes you may have made in your life.

Remember - what goes around comes around, so do GOOD deeds!

Enjoy,
Bobby

----------

Good Karma vs. Bad Karma

Don't be short-changed by short-sightedness
At a grocery store, a clerk accidentally gives a woman a five-dollar bill in change instead of a one-dollar bill. The woman quietly takes her change and thanks her lucky stars. The next day she parks her car on the street and later discovers a dent in her car door and a broken side view mirror. The cost to repair it? $500 exactly.

Practice Safe Karma
Nobody is immune to karmic law. It's like gravity, only karma goes beyond the laws of physics to the mysteries of time -- birth, death and re-birth. Are you scared yet? Don't be. You don't have to fear karma if you understand the rules of the game. Just get out there onto the playing field -- your life -- and keep practicing to get good karma. Go out of your way to be honest, or keep a promise, and see how the good effects start stacking up. The clerk you return the correct change to will learn to trust you, and she, or maybe someone else, just might give you a break when one day you forget your wallet at home. You'll see.

When Bad Karma Happens to Good People
Some people do seem to just have bad karma. We see it all the time. But even if you've brought all your negative energies from past lifetimes into this one, you can make good causes and transform your bad karma from this day forward. Nearly every human being has the ability to tell right from wrong, good from bad, but some of us have taken more spins on the wheel of life than others and have learned how karma works.

Cosmic Karmic Time
Just as Isaac Newton's third law of motion -- to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction -- explains physical forces, karma explains laws of thought and energy, cause and effect. An obstacle to recognising or even believing in the cause and effect aspect of karmic law may be time itself, sort of like “'karma lag.”  Sometimes, an act you commit today may take months or years, or even lifetimes, to show up as an effect in your life or the universe. And it becomes extremely hard to tell which action caused which result, never mind supply a reasonable explanation for why we seem to be paying unfairly for something we didn't control -- or did we?

Can I Escape Karma?
Karma says that, until you learn a lesson, you will continue to receive the same message through repeated experiences. If the woman from the grocery store didn't put two and two together and realise she'd created her own negative energy, she'd probably suffer more financial losses down the road. It's kind of like getting left back in school. When you are fully conscious of all your past actions, thoughts and emotions, and the lessons they brought you, you are ready to move ahead to the next grade … and even choose your next classroom.

How to Purify Bad Karma

The old saying "What goes around comes around" is a simple way to explain the notion of "karma." Meaning "action" in Sanskrit, karma in Buddhism means that none of our actions are insignificant; the things we do determine what things will happen to us. With karma, action equals reaction; if we act in a positive manner, good things will happen to us. Conversely, negative actions result in negative reactions. Believers in reincarnation believe we carry our positive and negative karma with us from one life to the next. Thubten Chodren, a Buddhist nun and teacher who studied under the Dalai Lama, says you can purify your bad karma by practicing The Four Opponent Powers: Power of Regret, Power of Reliance/Repairing the Relationship, Power of Determination not to Repeat the Action, and Power of Remedial Action.

1. Regret your negative actions. Buddhism teaches that "regret" is different than "guilt." When you feel guilty about the action, it is self-serving because it centers on you and how you feel. Regret, on the other hand, "has an element of wisdom; it notices our mistakes and regrets them," Chodren says. If you've acted in a harmful way, you should think about what you've done and how your actions have negatively affected others. You should also think about how those actions may hurt you and others in the future.

2. Try to repair the damage done by your negative actions. If your actions have caused harm upon another person or persons, it is important to apologize to them for what you've done. Sometimes this isn't possible because the person is dead, we've lost touch with him or we don't know who our actions have damaged. This is okay since what is more important, says Chodren, is to repair the damage within your own mind. "Here, we generate love and compassion, and the altruistic intention for those whom previously we held bad feelings about," she says. By changing those negative emotions within us that caused us to act negatively in the first place, we can change ourselves from within.

3. Strive not to repeat that negative action in the future. You should set it in your mind that you will not commit the negative act again; the longer you are able to keep that promise to yourself, the more confidence you will gain that you can break bad habits and act in more positive ways. It is not always easy to do this, so if you do find yourself repeating a negative action, such as losing your temper or gossiping, Chodren says you should tell yourself you will not repeat the action for the next 2 days. Once you've achieved that goal, you can say to yourself "I will continue to try and not do that again."

4. Take positive action. Practicing Buddhists have many methods of remedial action including reciting mantras, making offerings to a monastery or temple, and meditating. Chodren says you can also do things like perform community service such as volunteering at a hospital, feeding the homeless or teaching people to read. Any action that benefits others can be considered a remedial action.

Divided We Fall - United 'I' Stand

What if everyone's differences are the same…  What if everybody just wants to be allowed to live in security, peace and happiness...  Why do people choose to immediately believe the 'labels' given by mind controllers (media, government, leaders) to help fulfil their own agendas!?  Is one life worth more than another and what price do they then put on yours?

Below is an article from David Icke that explains in simple terms what an 'extremist' is and why it is easier for rulers to conquer people when they are divided.  Stirring up hatred is not the answer but real education of what truly goes on!

Understand that people are defending their beliefs, sold to them by their leaders, whilst attacking others - be it at home or abroad.  If it's not your home it is still someone else's because once you remove the imagined borders it is one spaceship Earth that we co-exist upon. Is it really worth fighting and dying for someone else's agenda to control their sectors and that of others?

More to the point, what is the content of your Character? Do you have extremist beliefs or are you open-minded, conscious and looking for a better solution?

Plug into the alternative media for a broader picture of the whole truth, so you are really aware of what is going on.

Love and peace to all - and a greater consciousness too.

Bobby

Will you excuse me a moment? I’ll be back shortly …

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right, that’s a bit better … one more should do it …
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, we’re off. I just required some temporary relief from the monumental frustration that comes from watching complete idiots act like complete idiots while being played on a stringed instrument by other complete idiots. It is quite a sight, but not recommended too often in the interests of emotional health.

So let it out, breathe deeply and we can bring some calm and basic intelligence to the madness that confronts us.

To the white supremacists (if that’s the master race we are in deep shit) and to the fanatics on the extreme end of Islam (thugs and crazies exploiting Islam for their own ends) I have a few simple words. Maybe even they will be able to activate and bring forth sufficient brain power to understand them and their implications:
DIVIDE AND RULE.

In case they are still struggling I will helpfully provide some simple definitions in the context that they are being used:
Divide – ‘To cause to separate into opposing factions; disunite’;
Rule – ‘Exercise ultimate power or authority over (an area and its people)’.
Rulers = the few; and ruled = the many.
For the few to rule the many the many have to be caused ‘to separate into opposing factions; disunite’. I could leave it there, really, because anyone with a modicum of neuron activity can see from these simple concepts why the Control System works so hard and constantly to divide the target population along the fracture lines of race, religion and so much else.

But clearly white supremacists, black supremacists, sky-blue-pink supremacists and the extremes of Islam, Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, etcetera, etcetera, etbloodycetera, cannot see the obvious through the red mist of self-righteousness and their crazed, staring eyes.

The irony of ironies is that they are all the same mind wearing a different uniform and proclaiming a different cause – although domination for race and religion is the common theme even in that.

If a white supremacist was born a Muslim he would be an extreme Muslim fanatic. It is not the cause that matters; it is the consciousness – or lack of it.

As Martin Luther King said: ‘I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin, but by the content of their character.’

It is the content of character that makes white people, black people, sky-blue-pink people, Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus and so on live their lives in peace and mutual respect. It is simply a different content of character that leads factions within all of them to act like complete morons for which the Control System is in a constant state of applause.

A New Year and New Hope - You Matter!

I just want to say one thing: YOU MATTER!
I love, honour and respect you as much as I do myself.

And I care that you do well in life,  I know the New Year brings New Hope for everyone.

If I can help in any way at all, just ask...

Best wishes for 2013,
Bobby :-)

P.S. If you only have one New Year's Resolution, choose "to make a difference"!

If that's all you read above, then great - that is my new year message to you.

I wanted to keep it short although my soul keeps pushing me to share how I feel... so I will ramble on here.  Many people have trouble sharing their feelings, so it is easier to write them.  Here is just a layer...

Thank you for your friendship, your support and being there on our journey through life!
I feel the pain of others and what is happening with the planet, when I say 'I know', I do not need and many times cannot find the words to express my empathy.
For those that have met me, even briefly, will know it is true - the others don't have to believe it yet, that we/everything is all connected.

I have been having challenging times recently, since 2010 when I had some issues with the Banks - to which they lied and took their game to a whole new mobster level.  The matter is still not resolved and my health has been suffering even more recently (this is the reason that many of you may not have seen me in 2012).
Fortunately I am still here, even though it would be easier to move into the spirit world, there is much work to still be done.
Many people I know and care about did not make it to the end of the year, so we are the lucky ones. I have friends who have similar challenges and we are the TOUGH ones, so I appreciate how challenging things can be for everyone else.
I'm currently on rehab and taking time out to get my energy back and accept I can't change the world overnight, by myself!
Thanks to those that have been caring; understanding for my occasional erratic behaviour and giving me the space I need to get back 'at ease'.

My main advice during the dark moments of life is to keep a sense of humour, laugh, see the funny side to everything and always, ALWAYS look on the bright side of life.  Even on a dark night the stars still shine...

It would be easy to move on if I didn't care so much - my values have been constantly challenged in this world right now -  Values of: Open-ness, love, honesty, integrity, reliability, truth, doing the right thing, people before profits (mainly things that stand for humanity, not corporate policy)  This is what has put me at dis-ease.

But as I do care about every one of you, I'm sticking around! I want to make sure that the lies, control and dishonesty does not spill over into the lives of all those I hold dear.  It is an important learning for everyone, though to get the lessons is no fun at all.  The reality created is very persuasive if you don't know what you're looking for.  And many people I know have fallen foul of this false reality. My aim is to help those that ask for it and overcome any 'obstacles' to get where they need/want to be.

More and more people are awakening to the truth, it is hard to hide. Since this is an age of change and the lifting of the veil, it is much easier to spot the truth or more importantly see the lies being fed to the masses.

I have been watching, experiencing, reporting and sharing the truth about how Authority (such as Bankers, Government, Councils, Police Corp and Companies) lie by using lawyers to write professional statements, instead of being honest themselves and telling the truth.
Yes, you read that right, they use lawyers to draft statements to confuse people and tell only their side of the story, then feed it into the mass media for people to be spoon fed, like propaganda.
They choose the part of the whole truth (or manufactured truth) that they want you to believe and act upon.

Fortunately more and more people are realising this and turning to alternative news for more information, to get the bigger picture.

They hide behind something called 'legalese' (definition: language containing an excessive amount of legal terminology or of legal jargon) which is to use trickery with the English language to confuse everyday people.  When asked for evidence they refuse to provide it - and the legal system is there to provide justice to those that can afford to pay for it.  Usually their statements will only have viewpoints that are half-truths, ignoring the facts that are needed to know more of the whole truth.

They put truth sharers under house arrest or detain them indefinitely, such as Julian Assange and Bradley Manning - breaking their own rules and laws in the process.  Others disappear or are 'killed'.  They are not accountable for mass fraud or murder, as they own the system.

This is to create FEAR in people. Do not dare to speak out against authority or how it wrongly treats people through lies, cheats them and kills, ironically in the name of 'the people'.

"You take the blue pill, the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes." - Morpheus

I chose to take the blue pill to uncover unpleasant truth in exchange for comforting lies.

How can you make a difference?
Take the red pill and see how deep the rabbit hole goes.

Remember that YOU MATTER! Your story matters and if you share it, it can make a difference to someone else's life. They will know that you have overcome challenges that they currently face and survived.  If you can do it, they can do it too.  You are not alone and neither are they.  It is a precious gifting be able to share your thoughts and feelings with a complete stranger.

Come together with your community and network.  There are like minded souls everywhere who are there to help you and share information.  Your separation is only an illusion.

If you ever need help, just ASK!
Ask those physically around you, someone at your local shop, ask your friends, ask your family, ask on the internet, ask me!  You only have to ask "Can you help me please?"

This goes beyond simply asking for money or immediate gratification and will provide you with what the money would buy.

You will be surprised how many people care. When they help you, their worries become lighter for a while and you are providing them a release from their own problems.  It is a great thing to be of service.
Especially when you are helping someone meet their basic needs and overcome a challenge that they are having trouble coping with.

Also look for people to help, if you can do it yourself great, otherwise put them in touch with someone who can.  Simply ask them "How can I help you?"

You do not necessarily have to help the person that helped you, just pay it forward. The person that can best help them will turn up and provide them what is needed, even if you just put them in touch.

Get a balanced view!
- You get told about modern medicine (allopathy + pharmaceutical drugs) - why not learn about real medicine (termed 'alternative' medicine by the system) such as homeopathy, ayurveda and traditional chinese medicine that has been used successfully for centuries!!
- Do you watch BBC News, CNBC, FOX etc?  I find RT News, Russia Today balances the news of the mainstream media and reports things you wouldn't hear about otherwise.
- Watch films from another angle and a deeper level. Films like 'Red Dawn' on the surface is about a Communist Korean invasion, under the guise of making the Americans lives and government better. Now imagine the opposite, that those protecting their homes live in countries that are being invaded by United Nation soldiers in order to help them.  Then you will see the irony of the film and how people are not 'insurgents' but just want to be left alone.  When you can see both sides of a story, you can see more of the truth and make better choices for everyone.
- Find out what they left out of the 'official' school taught history books.  Like the day America was 'discovered' in 1492 was actually the day that Native Indians found a European man called Christopher Columbus lost on their shores (lets not mention the Vikings that had visited 500 years before). That is when the Europeans started to enslave, murder, and rape the people of the land.
- Did you know the sun is heating up and may be the cause of Global Warming on Earth, as it is also heating up other planets in our solar system?
- Read the big newspapers in your country? Google the stories to find other alternative news channels to give you another view point.  Go to the source and cross-check the facts for accuracy for your own peace of mind. Note that sometimes mainstream media journalists don't even bother to do this!

Only by seeing more viewpoints and opinions can you make an informed decision yourself on what you believe the truth to be.  Don't believe anything, not even what I tell you, without checking it out for yourself.

This is where the masses will lose as they are too lazy, don't have time, it's not their problem or blindly trust their masters. This is not you!
You are a sentient being who takes control of what they chose to believe and takes actions that benefit yourself AND mankind.  Choosing to do the RIGHT thing over the 'easy' thing.

Respect the opinion of others
Accept that not everyone will agree with your views and will have their own beliefs. You can only offer information and it is important to respect their opinion too - who knows, by listening to them you might even learn something new, which could change your mind and life radically.

Treat people fairly and reasonably and with respect. Do business with small businesses, with people that you can get to know and trust.

Choose to be a learner

Make the choice that you will learn about new things:
- that affect you, so you can be prepared for changes that are likely to happen in your life.
- for fun, so you can find out more about things that you love, find enjoyable and enrich your life deep down.
- just so you can know more and communicate with more people on this small planet.  They are not that different, we just haven't learned what we have in common with them yet.
- study some neuro-linguisitic programming (NLP), it will show you how the use of words, sounds and images can be used to control your mind, as regularly done by the mainstream media.
Awareness allows you the choice to view it as a spectator instead of a participant.

Here is an example of sharing information for people to do what they want with. It was in regards to research about Vaccines, when I was questioned about my 'formal' education.  It went against mainstream indoctrination, hence it is a touchy topic.
Poster: "If I was going to read research on vaccinations, I think I'd go a little more intellectual than Facebook! If you feel you have sufficiently studied this issue then by all means publish your views. But correct me if I'm wrong you studied mech eng, not medicine or pharmacology....  My' attack' as you put it was deliberately not targeted at the argument but at the ill educated decision to scaremonger!"
Me: "I have studied Mechanical Engineering and many more fields since, including medicine. My education did not stop, it actually started AFTER I left institutionalised schooling/university. I still am open to learning. 'Ill educated' is your opinion, some education on a topic is better than ignorance and taking things for granted through 'marketing'. Everyone has a right to agree/disagree with things I believe, as I do with others. I actually take an active interest in what people do, like and discuss to find out more.
I use this page to share info with people on topics that I know they do not get from their usual education/marketing from Newspapers, institutions, TV and the Mainstream Media News. Usually this will be challenging as I am not a conformist and like to know fully about a matter, which means both extreme viewpoints. I encourage people to always educate themselves and make their own decisions from ALL the available information, not just what is available on tap to be fed easily.
If sharing facts and reports is considered scaremongering - then it means some people have things to fear about knowing more. I will never know everything and those that claim to be experts are naive.
People are dying over who's belief is right every day!"
We can only choose to educate ourselves, removing the excuse of 'ignorance'. Then making what we think are the best choices based on the information available.

Ask Questions of Authority
Did you know you don't have to do business with anyone or answer any questions if you don't want to? School is to teach you to answer questions not ask them!
Did you know you have a right to ask questions and get information from those in charge so you can make an informed decision and choice? They don't tell you that.

Get your control back and ask intelligent or common sense questions.  You will quickly find, those that were (pretending to be) in charge a moment, don't really know what they are talking about and will start to backtrack, make things up and lie.  I find it handy to keep a recording device handy when speaking to such wafflers working for big companies that don't know what's really going on.

Remember, they claim to record calls for security and training purposes.  What you will find, if you've not already experienced it yourself already, is that they will find the recordings when they need to refer to it - or lose/destroy it when it could be of value to you or be shared with someone else, revealing any dishonesty.

I find it better to deal with them in writing. That way you both know the questions they ignore and their reply is in writing. It is harder for them to bullshit this way (I use that phrase as sometimes their answers smell of manure).

Don't be afraid of anyone, especially authority figures... you gave them authority, so take it away and make it a level playing field as equals.  This will empower you and confuse them (simply because they're used to having it their own way!)

Pick a cause and take Action!
Here's to more whistleblowers, truth speakers and sharing in 2013!
Share your stories of what you see as injustice and pick a cause (or many).
Take action and start a blog, write about what happens with truthful details and facts.
The powers that be hate it when people show the other side of their 'marketing' and 'dogma'.
Other people are empowered when they read about these things, knowing they are not alone and there are steps they can take to avoid the same happening to them.

I believe 2013 is a year of change.  Governments are already under stress to keep control and help their favourites out (corporations), whilst more wrong-doing by the banks is being reported almost weekly. Until they choose to see what they are doing to the people, acknowledge it, apologise and change - they are heading for destruction of their systems that they have caused from inside.

Remember it is the people within these companies that cause the problems, through the actions they chose to take and decisions they make.  Remind them and ask them to look inside for their humanity and also to see what is alive in you, that they hurt through causing pain and needless suffering.

Do you know anyone that works for a dishonest company like the Banks? Ask them to tell the truth for once and share what they know.  Only then will honest businesses with nothing to hide prosper and dinosaurs finally die.

Stay strong, be honest, live with integrity and always DO THE RIGHT THING!

Most importantly I am grateful for your time and energy, which is the most valuable commodity on Earth.  Your energy and where you focus it for any amount of time is what makes the difference.
You take the time to read my posts, speak to me in person and let me know that I also matter.
It is this that which keeps me going - and the fact that I know so many amazing people that matter and care about others too.

Life may not be easy all the time - but you've got to stick around for your friends and family.  As who else will be there to give them a hand or a laugh when it really matters.... Nobody does it quite like you do!

Here for you and each other,
Bobby :-)

Where does great service come from?

Do you know where great service comes from? If you found out today, would you make a change?
You may be surprised at how a simple truth can change your life and/or your business.
Dare to be inspired by the true story of Johnny.

Bobby

---------------

Barbara Glanz is a speaker and author. A few years ago, she spoke at a convention for a large grocery chain with over 3,000 people attending. Her talk was on creating memories for the customers so they would want to come back. At the end of her speech, she gave out her email address and phone number, and said, “If you have any great service stories, I’d like to hear them.”

Well, about a month later, Barbara gets a call from a young man who introduces himself as Johnny. He said,
“Barbara, I heard what you had to say about service, and I like it! I’m just a bagger in the store and I have Down syndrome, but I wanted to think of a way I could make a difference. I decided that I like sayings, so each day I’m going to pick out one that I like, and my dad and I will print it out on the computer. I’ll cut out the quote in strips and sign my name on the back of each one. The next day when customers come through, I’ll just drop a strip right in their bags and say, ‘I hope you enjoy my quote of the day.’ What do you think, Barbara?”
Barbara said, “Johnny, I think that’s a wonderful idea!”
A few weeks later, Barbara gets another call…this time from the store manager. He says,
“Barbara, you won’t believe what’s happened at our store. I went out into the store and noticed that one line was three times longer than the others. I went to the back of the line and suggested that customers move to another checkout, and they wouldn’t budge—they wanted to see Johnny’s quote of the day! In fact, one lady said, ‘I used to come here once a week, but now I come 2-3 times just to see the smile on Johnny’s face when he drops in his favorite quote.’
So the next day, I round up my team and tell them what Johnny has done to give our customers more than they expected. That afternoon, I see the lady in the floral department cutting off her broken flowers and pinning them on the elderly women in our store. Our guy in the meat department loves Snoopy, so he was putting his favorite Snoopy stickers on the packages, and talking to his customers.
In fact, everybody in our store is finding creative ways to put their mark on service. We’re having the time of our lives, and it seems like everyone in town is talking about us! And you know what, Barbara? It happened for one reason…Johnny decided to do something!”
When it comes to service, we all have our unique gifts to give; however we’ll never make the emotional connection with the customer unless it begins in our heart.

New Psychiatric Mental Illness - do you suffer from being O.D.D.?

Will you do what you believe to be right or conform?
Question authority or do as you are told?
Think or obey?

Below is an article I found on mental health and psychiatry. Never mind the Terrorist Act, the powers that be can also use the excuse of Mental Health to invade your privacy, life and make you do what they say. Control through government sanctioned force rather than reasoning is the order of the day!

Asking for your rights could cause you to be diagnosed as having Oppositional Defiant Disorder (another made up 'disease') - remember you are free to do what we tell you and don't dare question it.  Do you suffer from O.D.D. and being unique? Maybe it's time to fall back in line if you're not strong enough to have an opinion.

Remember: THINK, it's not illegal yet! Or is it…

Bobby

"Though portrayed as a harmless, natural consequence of the progression of science, medicine and law, there is substantial risk that accompanies this shift in thinking. When the pseudo-science of psychiatry becomes an arm of the state, it enables abusers of state power to stigmatize and control people.

To illustrate how psychiatry is closer to social science than medical science, journalist Charley Reese used to contrast it with the actual science of neurology that studies the physical structures of the brain. He would point out how psychiatry claims to study the intangible products of the physical brain such as thought, behavior and imagination. Of these three areas, only behavior can actually be observed.

According to Dr. Thomas S. Szasz, psychiatry has consistently served as an arm of the law since its development nearly 300 years ago. Dr. Szasz claims that psychiatry provides the state with a means of dealing with those deemed inconvenient when he writes, “If we recognize that ‘mental illness’ is a metaphor for disapproved thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we are compelled to recognize as well that the primary function of psychiatry is to control thought, mood, and behavior.”

But what the state considers a nuisance isn’t strictly limited to those with true mental defects. It also applies to individuals who, for a variety of reasons, refuse to submit unconditionally to the state’s authority or demands.

Free thinkers, constitutionalists, Oath Keepers, nonconformists, peaceful activists or resisters, and those who question authority, or practice any degree of civil disobedience, now have their very own disorder listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders or DSM-IV-TR Fourth Edition.

Modern psychiatry calls this illness Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Among the gems found within this 3-page excerpt from the DSM-IV-TR Fourth Edition describing ODD and its diagnostic features: “The essential feature of Oppositional Defiant Disorder is a recurrent pattern of negativistic, defiant, disobedient, and hostile behavior toward authority figures that persists for at least 6 months.”

Those who question the wisdom of being electronically strip-searched or physically groped in order to board a commercial airline flight may now be singled out for “special attention.” Those who refuse an order to confiscate lawfully owned firearms from private citizens who have committed no crime are prime candidates for deep scrutiny of their mental health. Engaging in any form of civil disobedience, freethinking or non-conformity is an invitation to be treated as a direct threat to the authority of those in power."  - source: http://psychiatricnews.wordpress.com

Monkeys Wake Up Call - See, Hear, Speak and DO!

The 'Monkey Master' fable

A Fourteenth Century Chinese parable by Liu-Ji, for example, out-lines this neglected understanding of political power quite well:

In the feudal state of Chu an old man survived by keeping monkeys in his service. The people of Chu called him “jugong” (monkey master). Each morning, the old man would assemble the monkeys in his courtyard, and order the eldest one to lead the othersto the mountains to gather fruits from bushes and trees.  It was the rule that each monkey had to give one-tenth of his collection to the old man. Those who failed to do so would be ruthlessly flogged. All the monkeys suffered bitterly, but dared not complain.

One day, a small monkey asked the other monkeys: “Did the old man plant all the fruit trees and bushes?” The others said: “No, they grew naturally.” The small monkey further asked: “Can’t we take the fruits without the old man’s permission?” The others replied: “Yes, we all can.” The small monkey continued: “Then, why should we depend on the old man; why must we all serve him?”

Before the small monkey was able to finish his statement, all the monkeys suddenly became enlightened and awakened. On the same night, watching that the old man had fallen asleep, the monkeys tore down all the barricades of the stockade in which they were confined, and destroyed the stockade entirely. They also took the fruits the old man had in storage, brought all with them to the woods, and never returned. The old man finally died of starvation.

Yu-li-zi says, “Some men in the world rule their people by tricks and not by righteous principles. Aren’t they just like the monkey master? They are not aware of their muddle-headedness. As soon as their people become enlightened, their tricks no longer work.”

Are there Monkey Masters in your world that use force to take from you that which is not theirs to ask for?  Does your supposed democracy appear to resemble a dictatorship?

See, Hear and Speak the truth!  Then DO what you think is necessary.

Read the book From Dictatorship to Democracy by Gene Sharp, which includes 198 Methods of non-violent protest and persuasion.

Gene Sharp is Professor Emeritus of political science at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He is known for his extensive writings on nonviolent struggle, which have influenced numerous anti-government resistance movements around the world.
